2. Description of Service
Myanmar Golf provides a platform for users to discover golf courses across Myanmar, book tee times, view course information, and access special deals and promotions. We act as an intermediary between golfers and golf course operators.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Bookings and Payments
All bookings made through Myanmar Golf are subject to availability and confirmation by the golf course operator. Prices displayed are in the currency indicated and may be subject to change. Payment must be completed as instructed at the time of booking. Myanmar Golf is not responsible for any disputes between users and golf course operators regarding pricing or services.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by golf course and are displayed at the time of booking. Please review the specific cancellation terms before confirming your booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the golf course's cancellation policy.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the app for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality; (e) upload harmful content including viruses or malicious code.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed in the Myanmar Golf app are owned by Myanmar Golf or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from the app without prior written consent.
8. Location Services
Myanmar Golf may request access to your device's location services to provide features such as finding nearby golf courses. You can enable or disable location access at any time through your device settings. Location data is used solely for app functionality and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Push Notifications
By enabling push notifications, you agree to receive booking confirmations, tee time reminders, promotional offers, and other relevant communications. You can manage your notification preferences in your device settings at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
Myanmar Golf is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of golf course information, availability of tee times, or the quality of services provided by golf course operators. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myanmar Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
11. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the Profile section of the app. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any pending bookings at the time of account deletion may still be processed.
12. Changes to Terms
Myanmar Golf reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the courts of Myanmar.
